RAIL PADS
Beket Rail Pad is a product made of synthetic elastomer used between the rails and the supporting structure in heavy crane tracks. It is produced in various widths determined according to the rail base dimensions and 12 m in length as standard. However, it is possible to manufacture in different lengths and sizes according to special demands.
Rail Pad provides pads of varying sizes and types according to the need. First of all, it is necessary to choose the appropriate Rail Pad for the rail used. Rail Pad can be used indoors and outdoors.
The upper surface of the structure supporting the rail must be free from oils and any sharp, sharp, slippery and abrasive substances that can damage the pad. Pads should be laid on the support surface as a whole, with no gap between them, and the corrugated surface should face upwards. Pads should be centred according to the lower edges of the rail and should be completely covered. Crapos should be used to fix the rails sideways where rail pads are used.
